Megaroller Africa has been registered in the ISO 9001 quality management certification since 1999 and is currently registered under ISO 9001:2015. As a leader in the industry Megaroller was one of the first companies in South Africa that received certification in the latest version of ISO 9001.
ISO sets out criteria for a quality management system that includes a strong customer focus and an approach to continuous improvement. The requirements are there to initiate, implement and maintain a system that ensures every single product and service that is presented to the customer conforms to the same high quality standard every time. Continuous improvement and improving customer satisfaction is also an important part of ISO.
Megaroller goes through an external audit every year to renew its certification with ISO and receive approval of its Quality Management System. There are many different documents and categories that need to be assessed including, non-conformance, customer satisfaction/complaints, employee training, quality work procedures and company quality objectives.
